Spring is finally in the air, and it’s time to get glowing! There are many ways to do this. One way is with a glowing skin routine that includes these 5 easy steps.

1) Exfoliate your skin once or twice a week

Exfoliating your skin is a great way to get glowing skin. In fact, it can be the difference between having dry and flaky patches or healthy glowing skin. It’s also an easy thing to do at home so you don’t have to spend money going out for treatments that might not work as well. Here are some tips on how to exfoliate your skin twice a week:

Use a gentle scrub with ingredients like sugar, salt, honey, or oatmeal in them instead of harsher scrubs containing chemicals or microbeads which can cause damage and irritation.

Do it when you shower (or bath) because the steam will open up pores making it easier for products like moisturizers and cleansers to get in there.

Exfoliate for at least two minutes because it takes that long for dead skin to remove. Use circular motions all over your face, neck, chest, and hands to keep everything glowing.

2) Moisturize after cleansing

There are plenty of products out there to help you get glowing skin. But did you know that one of the most effective ways to achieve glowing skin is by moisturizing after cleansing? Moisturizers keep the moisture in your skin, which will make it look healthy and glowing. It also helps with any dry patches on your face – including minimizing wrinkles! If you want glowing skin, use a moisturizer after cleansing.

3) Eat a healthy diet

Your glowing skin isn’t just about your skincare routine – it’s also about the food you eat! Eating healthy foods will help give your body the vitamins and nutrients it needs to stay glowing. It will also provide your face with an even, glowing complexion. If you want glowing skin, have a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.

4) Get enough sleep

One of the biggest glowing skin myths is that you can get glowing skin from a long night out partying! The truth is, however, that getting a good amount of sleep every night is one of the best ways to achieve glowing skin. Research has shown that those who have at least seven hours of sleep a night average glowing skin, while those who go for much less look tired and haggard. If you want glowing skin, make sure to get your beauty sleep at night!

5) Use sunscreen every day

Sunscreen is an easy way to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays. But how do you know which one to use? Well, there are a few things you should keep in mind when choosing the right sunscreen for you.

First of all, make sure it has broad-spectrum coverage. This means that it protects against both UVA and UVB rays. Some people might also want to look for products with SPF 50 or higher if they plan on spending more time out in the sun than usual. If you’re not sure what type of sunscreen is best for you, speak with your dermatologist about what their thoughts are on certain brands!

And finally, it’s important to note that while some people may think they don’t need sunscreen on a cloudy day, this just isn’t the case! Clouds only block about 20% of UV rays from reaching your skin. That means on a partly sunny day you’ll still be exposed to 80% of the harmful rays that can cause premature aging and skin cancer.
